Morgan Barber

Morgan is our Nurse Practitioner at Coastal Revive, where she blends advanced medical training with a personalized approach to wellness and aesthetics.
After earning her nursing degree from the University of Alabama, she spent eight years in a trauma surgical ICU, building a strong foundation in critical care and patient-centered medicine. She later completed her Master’s degree while working in the neonatal ICU for three years, where her compassion for caring for others continued to grow.

Since 2021, she has specialized in aesthetics, weight management, and wellness, combining personalized care with a focus on natural, confidence-boosting results.

Morgan’s approach to patient care is deeply rooted in her faith, guiding her to serve others with compassion, integrity, and purpose.
Her goal is to help every patient feel like themselves again, but upgraded and better than ever.

At Coastal Revive, we offer personalized telehealth services for Florida residents, making it easy to access expert care from the comfort of home. Our services include medical weight loss programs with compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, IV infusion guidance, and injection therapy options like B-12, Lipo-Mino with L-Carnitine, and Glutathione. With the exception of IV infusions, all services are available through telehealth for a convenient and supportive wellness experience.

Our medical weight loss programs are designed to offer individualized care through telehealth consultations. During your virtual appointment, one of our providers will assess your health history and weight loss goals to create a customized plan. We offer Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, compounded medications that help manage appetite and improve metabolic function.

Process:

  • Initial consultation to evaluate your health and weight loss needs.
  • Prescription and follow-up to monitor your progress and adjust treatments as needed.
  • Ongoing support with tailored recommendations on diet, exercise, and supplements to ensure long-term success.

This entire process is managed remotely, so you can achieve your weight loss goals without needing to visit a clinic in person.

Our telehealth platform offers guidance on several injection therapies to support various health goals. Here are a few options available:

  • B-12 Injections: Boosts energy, supports cognitive function, and improves mood by delivering Vitamin B-12 directly into the bloodstream.
  • Lipo-Mino with L-Carnitine: Enhances fat burning, increases energy levels, and supports weight loss by metabolizing fat for energy.
  • Glutathione Injections: A powerful antioxidant that supports detoxification, immune health, and reduces oxidative stress for anti-aging benefits.

GLP-1 agonist medications are primarily prescribed for patients with a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher with additional medical conditions like sleep apnea, high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol. Use outside of these guidelines is considered off-label and not FDA-approved, carrying some risk. Specific contraindications include a personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC) or in patients with Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN-2). These medications should also not be used by those who are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.

Our  compounded medications come from a lisensed 503a (patient specific) pharmacy or a  503b (office use) pharmacy in the USA ensuring the highest standards in medication safety and quality. 

Semaglutide and Tirzepatide help reduce “food noise” so you can go about your life and not constantly think about what you are eating next! On this medication, your brain will no longer think about food all of the time.

Patients should be aware of symptoms that might indicate serious complications, such as a mass in the neck, difficulty swallowing (dysphagia), difficulty breathing (dyspnea), or persistent hoarseness. Although extremely rare, immediate medical evaluation is crucial if any of these signs appear.
